About Litza Christina Bodden, LPC-S
Litza is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor, Professional Speaker, Educator, and Self-Care Coach on a mission to challenge stereotypes and stigmas surrounding mental health. Originally from the Republic of Panama, Litza now calls Dallas, Texas, her second home. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Spanish from the University of North Texas and a Master's in Community Counseling from Argosy University.
With years of experience working with adults, teens, and children in various settings, Litza is the proud owner of Shining Lights Counseling LLC. Through her private practice, she is reshaping the landscape of mental health by emphasizing the importance of self-care. Specializing in supporting individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, grief, and other life challenges. Her unique approach empowers clients by shining a light on their inner strengths, enabling them to live better, more enriched lives.
